On 20 March 2026, the John Paul II Vocational School Complex No. 1 in Dębica hosted yet another edition of the Job Fair. The event, for years now fixed in the school’s calendar, attracted a large group of students seeking inspiration and specific information on their professional future.

The fair was an excellent opportunity for students to talk directly with representatives of businesses from the region. They could not only go through the current job openings and internship offers but also learn about career paths in specific industries. Questions were asked about first professional experiences and requirements for young candidates.

Lerg S.A., represented by our Department, was among the exhibitors. Our experts displayed passion in sharing their knowledge about employment opportunities, internships, and career development paths available in the company, with numerous queries from students addressed in detail.

The Job Fair in Dębica serves not only informational purposes but above all provides a space for building career awareness among young people. This is where students can discover their true interests, learn about the realities of the job market, and make more informed decisions about their future.

With such initiatives, the need for cooperation between education and business, and for support to young people at the beginning of their career path, is apparent.
