The “Weekend of Miracles” is behind us! . In-kind donations have reached thousands of families.

This year’s fundraiser was unique in that other member companies of the LERG Group were invited to take part – Marpol, Hanex, Permedia, Izo-Erg, Sarzyna Chemical, Dafo Plastics! KS Chemik Pustków Sports Club supported us as every time before. We appreciate the contribution of both our member companies and employees who decided to get involved with their individual effort, and of the Executive Board of KS Chemik Pustków Sports Club, whose generous hearts never fail in the fundraiser. Once again, our working together meant great outcomes! Our support went to a single mother whom life mishaps have left completely alone raising 5 children aged: 14 years, 11 years, 10 years, 6 years and 4 years. To provide a shelter for them and at least a semblance of normality, she decided to rent a tiny house (2 rooms), which, although in poor technical condition, offers the family their own space and a sense of security. Utility bills paid, not much is left for food and nothing for clothes. Food was what the mother asked for most.

With our outreach and your broad engagement, we could ensure that family’s basic needs were met in full:

– refrigerator, duvets, food; other staples
– clothing, footwear, cleaning products, cosmetics, etc.;

and those items that she could have only dreamt about, but which, with joint effort with volunteers, we managed to satisfy as equally important, that is, a vacuum cleaner and driving lessons for the mother. In total, the family received 71 gift packs we had prepared!
