On September 26, 2025, Lerg SA signed a preliminary agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Dafo Plastics SA (“Dafo”) – a leading manufacturer of cosmetic tubes. The company will join the LERG chemical group. The transaction will enable the Group to expand its offering and strengthen its export potential.

Dafo Plastics is a company based in Nowy Targ, founded in 1991. In 1998, it began manufacturing cosmetic tubes. In the following years, it dynamically developed its production potential and product range, investing in modern machinery and the construction of a new production hall. Currently, the company supplies its products to many renowned customers in the cosmetics industry in Poland and in over 30 European countries.
