we would like to inform that on October 1, 2025, Lerg-Pet sp. z o.o. was incorporated into the structure of the owner company, i.e. Lerg SA.

The next planned activities include:

– incorporating the products and services previously provided by Lerg-Pet into the portfolio of the company belonging to the LERG Group – Sarzyna Chemical sp. z o. o. from Nowa Sarzyna,

– further promotion of Lerg-Pet as a brand.

Over the last four years, Lerg-Pet sp. z o.o. has undergone a number of positive changes, including the modernization of the flake cleaning line, the launch of a PET regranulate production line with EFSA food contact approval, and the creation of its own regranulate brand. The potential of our company allows us to continue our activities and further develop technology and sales under the wing of Sarzyna Chemical sp. z o. o.

We believe that the integration process will have a positive impact on the quality of our services, and it will strengthen the market position of the brand.
