On 14 June 14, the Dębica Sports and Recreation Centre in Pustków-Osiedle hosted a Community Children’s Day with LERG SA event. The event was accompanied by the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of KS Chemik Pustków Sports Club.

Following our annual tradition, we were proud to contribute to the organization of the Children’s Day together with Dębica Community. The event occasioned a range of attractions for children and youth to enjoy.
Half of the local Orlik sports field accommodated inflatable slides and castles – as many as 8 of these – to the delight of the children! An adjacent swimming pool with mini-boats also attracted cheerful interest throughout the event. Lady Clown facilitated a rich activity program with physical challenges and sports competitions of the “Open-Air Olympics Games”. A mini-quad ride on a designated safety track was much popular with the event participants, as were a zipline and aerial adventure park, a stand of the English Avenue School of English, face painting, hybrid tattoos, snacks & refreshments, and many other attractions.

As always, Lerg focused on education while having fun, with chemical shows by Chemical World facilitators who guided kids in making their own chemical chameleons, potato electricity, bath salts and bombs, and chromatographic butterflies. A stand-alone chemistry demonstration with a prize, held on the main square of the Orlik field, provided an extra attraction.

At the same time, KS Chemik Pustków Sports Club celebrated their 70th anniversary at the sports field.
The festivities began with a Class “A” Championship match between KS Chemik Pustków and LKS Łopuchowa. The official part took place after the football match, with a presentation of the Club’s track record and awards ceremony by the Polish Football Association and the Podkarpackie Football Association. The Club’s youth teams were also introduced, with invited guests, sponsors and club activists joining them on the stage. The ceremony closed with a singing concert.
