On 30 May 2025, LERG S.A. hosted a group of students from the Department of Glass Technology and Amorphous Coatings, Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. The young engineers, supervised by Piotr Szatkowski, Dr. Eng., and Agata Sawka, Dr. Hab. Eng., had the opportunity to learn first-hand the intricacies of production processes for synthetic resins, made for use in advanced composite materials, among others.

The aim of the visit was to bolster education and networking between industry and academia. In a showcase of our technology and state-of-the-art solutions, we offered the visiting students a hands-on experience of practical applications based on knowledge learnt at the university, on-site one of the leading chemical companies in Poland.

Many of them have never before had a close contact with the chemical industry at this advanced level. It is a source of satisfaction for us that we could share our knowledge, expertise and passion for innovation.
